Bi-Neige Cocktail


  • 1 1/2 oz of Gin
  • ½ oz of Ice Cider
  • ¼ oz of pink grapefruit freshly pressed
  • 1 pce of star anise
  • 1 zest of pink grapefruit


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Fill with ice cubes.
  3. Stir with a bar spoon for a min. of 30 sec.
  4. Pour in a «old fashion» type glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and serve.
