Hot Buttered Rum
- 1 oz Chic Choc rum
- 0,25 oz Monna & Filles Crème de cassis
- 3 oz Quebec cider
- 2 teaspoon(s) Quebec honey
- 1 teaspoon(s) unsalted melted butter
- Madépices cinnamon stick (garnish)
- In a sauce pan, heat cider at low-medium temperature.
- Warm a mug with hot water, then throw away before serving.
- Add all the ingredients in the warmed mug, except butter, and stir.
- Add butter.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick or milk foam.
