Hot Buttered Rum


  • 1 oz Chic Choc rum
  • 0,25 oz Monna & Filles Crème de cassis
  • 3 oz Quebec cider
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Quebec honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) unsalted melted butter
  • Madépices cinnamon stick (garnish)



  1. In a sauce pan, heat cider at low-medium temperature.
  2. Warm a mug with hot water, then throw away before serving.
  3. Add all the ingredients in the warmed mug, except butter, and stir.
  4. Add butter.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or milk foam.
