Ice Cider Granita

Ingredients

  • 1 btl. of Ice Cider
  • X individuals shooters type of cups

Preparation

  1. Display shooters on a platter that can go in the freezer.
  2. Open a bottle of Ice Cider and pour a quantity of +/- 25 ml in each individual recipient.
  3. Put in the freezer and leave over night.
  4. Next day, your granita is ready!
  5. Serve right away with a small spoon.

Have your Ice Cider granita as an entremets or as a light after meal dessert. It’s delicious!
